Job Overview:

Pay Range: $30hr - $35hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics.
  • Experience in customer engagement and query resolution.
  • High degree of analytical competency.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Pipeline Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements.
  • Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements.
  • Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal.
  • Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage.
  • Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage.
  • Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal.
  • Supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool.
