In this role, Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives. The Business Analyst will analyze requirements, map business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals. This role will also identify opportunities for efficiency gains, provide data-driven insights, and help prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value.


Key Accountabilities

  • Collaboration with global stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirement
  • Translation of business need into functional and technical specifications
  • Design and development of rapid prototype and proof of concept using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Analysis and mapping of current state and future state business processes, workflow definition, and identification of automation opportunity
  • Support for ERP system initiative, enhancement, and integration with business application
  • Partnership with IT and development team to support successful solution implementation
  • Support of project delivery within Project Management Office framework with alignment to timeline, scope, and quality standard
  • Creation of dashboard and reporting solutions to support data driven decision making
  • Execution of user acceptance testing and support of change management activity
  • Evaluation of emerging technology and recommendation of innovative solution


What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems engineering or related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience as Business Analyst in technical or digital transformation environment
  • Hands on experience with automation and prototyping tool, especially Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience with ERP system, workflow design, and business application required
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power BI preferred
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and improvement method


Technical Skills

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Capturing and documenting business needs clearly.
  • Process Modeling & Workflow Design - Mapping business processes using BPMN or flowcharts.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to interpret and present data.
  • Business Intelligence Tools - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge - Understanding Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
