Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in a fast paced Agile Scrum environment
  • Experience writing user stories and technical requirement for Marketing Data Mart, Customer database, dashboard and report development projects
  • Facilitate business process analysis meetings, requirements elicitation, and brainstorming or JAD sessions
  • Document processes through swim-lane diagrams, to develop user stories and use wireframes for requirements elicitation
  • Create and analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements and specifications for development team
  • Ability to work with technical teams (developers, architects, QA, infrastructure) to assure specifications are understood and followed
  • Ability in building test case scenarios and Supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Compose system information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing and adapt to the needs of the target audience -All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience facilitating requirement gathering meetings with technical stakeholders in the data warehousing space
  • Experience gathering requirements for ETL and data focused initiatives
  • Experience gathering requirements in a data environment (i.e.: SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL to perform business analysis on SQL databases
  • Experience with Erwin Data modeling, etc and ETL SQL queries
  • Experience with a large data warehouse focused project (Data Integration, Data Quality), using multiple data sources (i.e. CRM, ELOQUA, Marketing Campaign Systems, Internal databases such as billing and product systems etc ;)
  • Experience with Digital data (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) a big plus
