Medasource is a healthcare consulting and professional services firm that partners with leading healthcare organizations to provide technology, clinical, and business solutions. As part of Eight Eleven Group, we invest heavily in our people through structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a promote-from-within culture.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Identify business development opportunities within three to five designated target accounts
  • Research prospective clients and decision-makers to develop strategic outreach plans
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through meetings, presentations, networking events, dinners, sporting events, and other client activities
  • Learn how to lead consultative conversations and uncover each clientโ€™s goals, challenges, and upcoming initiatives
  • Partner with clients to develop solutions that support successful projects and positive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline within your assigned sales territory
  • Attend client meetings alongside experienced Account Executives and sales leaders
  • Develop the presentation skills needed to confidently communicate with executives and other key decision-makers
  • Work toward individual and team activity, meeting, and revenue goals

Your Sales Training

During the one-year training program, you will be based at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis and receive hands-on development from Medasourceโ€™s President, sales trainers, and top-performing sales leaders.

Your training will include:

  • Consultative and solution-based selling techniques
  • Healthcare industry knowledge, practice areas, and core service offerings
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and territory development
  • Role-playing exercises based on real sales situations
  • Client ride-alongs and meetings with experienced Account Executives
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Pipeline management, account planning, and goal setting
  • Ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development

Throughout the program, you will actively prospect within your assigned territory, schedule client meetings, and build an opportunity pipeline so you are prepared to succeed from your first day as an Account Executive.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

You do not need previous healthcare or staffing experience to be successful in this role. The strongest candidates bring the following qualities:

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and energized by measurable goals
  • Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to develop a career in sales
  • Resilient and able to stay positive through rejection and setbacks
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willing and able to be based in Indianapolis for the one-year training program
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required

Helpful, but not required: Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, athletics, campus leadership, or other experience in a competitive and goal-oriented environment.
