Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management/Business Management Analysts - Pathways Program . This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Linthicum, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management Organization.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Business Management Analyst:

  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Basic Qualifications for a Business Management Analyst:

  • Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution

  • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain etc.)

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher

Salary Range:

Associate Business Management Analyst: $60,200 to $90,200

Business Management Analyst: $72,400 to $108,600

Primary Level Salary Range: $60,200.00 - $90,200.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
