Job description

The Business Development Representative, will play a key role in expanding the agent network throughout the Midwest region, with a focus on targeting small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role is centered around identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to grow the company’s presence and drive overall sales performance.

In addition to business development, the BDR will be responsible for building strong relationships within the community by actively engaging in local events, sponsorships, and other community based opportunities. These efforts will help increase brand awareness and establish meaningful connections within the target market.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market analysis to identify areas with high demand and limited retail representation
  • Develop and execute a territory of growth strategy in line with business objectives
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and direct sales presentation to retail partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term engagement
  • Identify and reactivate inactive accts by assessing challenges and providing solutions
  • Ensure brand representation including corporate identity elements and presence in partner locations
  • Oversee agent agreements, ensuring compliance with legal documentation requirements
  • Support Partners with basic troubleshooting of provided equipment and facilitate training on Meest-America services
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and IT teams to enhance partner satisfaction
  • Represent the company at community events, business meetings, and industry conferences
  • Monitor operational processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols

  • Must be Bilingual- Polish and English, mandatory
