Description:
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for process improvements, and deliver actionable solutions. Responsibilities:
โ€ข Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
โ€ข Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend innovative solutions for improvement, leveraging technology where appropriate.
โ€ข Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive decision-making and strategic planning.
โ€ข Solution Design: Work with IT and other technical teams to develop functional designs and solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are fulfilled.
โ€ข Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
