Hourly Pay: $12.35 + Gratuities $$
As a Banquet Server at Concord Hospitality, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
  • Greet guests and accommodate all guest needs during events
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions
  • Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
  • Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests
  • Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Set up, execute, and clean up events
  • Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events

  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
