Location: Ontario, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $40,000-$52,000 annually (DOE)

A growing nutrition and consumer products company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin and English, has strong QuickBooks Desktop experience, and can confidently manage day-to-day accounting functions.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections when needed
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
  • Prepare reports for leadership as requested
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
