How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze billing systems to identify and implement ongoing performance improvements at both user and system levels
  • Assist in developing software requirements and document user methods and procedures for Spectrumโ€™s billing operations
  • Support mass adjustments, reporting, interfaces, security and outage management within Spectrumโ€™s billing environment
  • Respond to requests through Change Request Management, Issue Management and on-site support to resolve user needs
  • Train and assist system users to ensure effective system utilization
  • Collaborate with Billing Representatives on backlog processing and process measurement while providing lockbox tape support as needed
  • Contribute to project scheduling, workload monitoring and status reporting to maintain project momentum
