Position Overview

As the AR Analyst, you'll be responsible for accurate billing, maintaining customer accounts, and driving efficient billing processes. In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

People Management Responsibilities: No

Role Type: Full-Time

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Great Plains, SAP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in high-volume AR or shared services environments, preferred
  • Knowledge of trade promotion, EDI, and retailer deduction practices (e.g., Walmart, Amazon), preferred
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous process improvement methodologies, preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Great Plains software a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices based on contracts and service delivery
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Post daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies
  • Submit disputes through customer portals
  • Maintain comprehensive billing records
  • Process credit memos, adjustments, refunds, and write-offs
  • Reconcile AR sub-ledger with general ledger and customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
  • Generate and distribute aging reports and support month-end close
  • Track and report on AR metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
