In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, software administration, employee training, user support, and process improvement to help ensure our team members have the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to work efficiently and effectively. You'll play a key role in supporting critical business systems, maintaining knowledge resources, and driving technology adoption across the bank.Duties include: Training, Documentation & CommunicationDevelop and maintain IT training materials, videos, user guides, and procedures.Serve as administrator for documentation programs and systems and train users on proper utilization.Establish documentation standards and templates for organizational consistency.Manage annual reviews and updates of documented procedures.Provide technology onboarding, setup assistance, and training for new employees.Communicate software enhancements, process changes, and weekly technology tips to staff.Knowledge Management & Process ImprovementMaintain and enhance The Vault to ensure information is organized, current, and easy to locate.Support business process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Create and maintain data process maps and workflow documentation.Assist departments in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and technology utilization.Technology Support & Strategic InitiativesMonitor, coordinate, and work IT support tickets and resolve issues as they arise. Assist with technology asset inventory management and tracking.Provide backup support for select OnBase functions and reporting.Identify and support implementation of AI solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.Assist with annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) reviews and updates.Coordinate cybersecurity awareness training and communications.Support employee education and adoption of technology and security best practices.Other:Stay knowledgeable and up to date on information technology related topics. Other duties as assigned.To be best prepared for this position, excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Strong technical writing, problem-solving, and time management skills will help you excel. An associate degree in information technology, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, or knowledge management resources is preferred.
