Join our dynamic team at Lake Ridge Bank, where delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do! We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Service Associate Float, based out of our Monona - Bridge Road office, to provide outstanding banking experiences to our valued clients across multiple Lake Ridge Bank locations. This role will support our District 3 Offices (Monona Drive, Bridge Road, Verona, New Glarus, Oregon, Cottage Grove, Atwood). If you enjoy engaging with people, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a positive community environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career with us. This role will be paid mileage to other offices within the Lake Ridge Bank footprint.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive interaction with internal and external clients on the phone and in person.
  • Provide a variety of account services to consumer and business clients, including: processing deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawing cash, and selling related check items.
  • Record all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with Lake Ridge Bank policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicating with affected clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by consistently educating clients about Lake Ridge Bank products and services and referring additional business to the Personal Bankers and other areas.
  • Utilize bank technology to track all sales & referrals
  • Maintain a professional work area by keeping the teller station clean, filled with supplies and organized with all personal belongings out of sight from clients.
  • Demonstrate a high level of teamwork and actively participate in branch meetings and trainings.
  • Protect all confidential information obtained on the job by safeguarding it when in use, filing it properly when not in use, disposing of it properly and discussing it only with those who have a legitimate business need to know.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete all annual bank security and compliance training.
  • Adhere to Bank Security guidelines as required for this position.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Stay current on all compliance regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; actively working on high school diploma
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal/written communication and listening skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to make good decisions
  • Contributes to a strong team environment by working well with others and proactively helps others when needed
  • Ability to put forth the extra effort necessary to make the office a successful operation: (i.e. working additional hours that requires evenings and weekends)
  • Basic math competency: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
  • Availability to work Saturday rotations between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new programs/technology
  • Knowledge of general office equipment
  • Reliable transportation to travel between work locations
  • Must be willing and able to participate in community functions where the office is involved
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional positive manner

This is a full-time role between the hours of 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed on occasion.
