Role Overview

Join Enterprise Intelligence as an Associate Full Stack Engineer supporting Decision Intelligence products that deliver actionable insights to field professionals at critical moments of decision-making. This role is designed for an engineer who wants broad exposure across the software development lifecycle, from user interface development and backend services to API integration and data-driven applications.

Working alongside product leaders, designers, data scientists, and senior engineers, you will help build and enhance intelligence products that connect enterprise data, machine learning outputs, and user experiences. You will contribute across the full stack, gaining hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying features that create measurable business value while accelerating your growth as a software engineer.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL, delivering user-facing features and backend services that support enterprise intelligence products.

  • Build functional prototypes and production-ready solutions that enable rapid validation of new ideas, user feedback collection, and iterative product development.

  • Design, develop, and support REST APIs, data integrations, and backend services that connect analytics, machine learning outputs, and enterprise data assets to front-end applications.

  • Contribute reusable components, documentation, testing assets, and development standards that improve consistency and scalability across a shared portfolio of intelligence products.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality user experiences.

What You'll Bring:Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 yrs of experience in Full Stack Engineering or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

  • Demonstrated experience developing software applications through academic projects, internships, open-source contributions, or professional experience.

  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript or JavaScript, and modern front-end development principles.

  • Working knowledge of Python for backend development, API creation, automation, or data processing.

  • Experience writing SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis techniques.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks for developing backend services and REST APIs.

  • Familiarity with Figma, Streamlit, Storybook, design systems, or component library development.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure and an understanding of modern deployment concepts.

  • Experience with Git workflows, testing frameworks, CI/CD processes, or data-driven application development.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
