Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect, Supply Chain and Logistics to design, develop, and oversee the architecture of supply chain systems with a primary focus on distribution, logistics, planning, and manufacturing technologies. This role requires deep expertise in integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity across diverse supply chain platforms and business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in architecting scalable and flexible supply chain solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain technology architectures, focusing on distribution, logistics, planning, and manufacturing systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture strategies that ensure reliable and efficient data flow between ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, APS, and other supply chain applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance related to supply chain system integrations.
  • Assess existing technology landscapes and recommend modernization strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Provide technical leadership during solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Evaluate and select middleware, API management platforms, and integration tools that align with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and technical teams on architecture design and integration best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging supply chain technologies and integration trends to ensure competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology architecture or related IT architecture roles.
  • Proven expertise in distribution, planning (APS/ERP), and manufacturing technology domains.
  • Strong background in integration architecture, including experience with middleware, ESB, APIs, EDI, and cloud integrations.
  • Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms such as SAP, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Vertique, e80, ASRS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions using APIs, message queues, microservices, and data integration tools.
  • Responsible for guiding development teams, and driving the adoption of modern cloud, automation, and integration patterns. Oversee the integration of various systems and evaluate new technologies to optimize the supply chain.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and their technological dependencies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration scenarios is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in architecture (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) and/or supply chain technologies preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IoT, AI/ML applications in supply chain planning and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in integration development.
  • Ability to work in agile and cross-functional teams.
