SharePoint Admin with Microsoft 365 Collaboration Experience

Hybrid – Lafayette, LA | Knoxville, TN | Columbia, SC | Plano, TX

Position Overview

Seeking a SharePoint Admin with Microsoft 365 Collaboration experience to support daily operations, stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms.

This role focuses on Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, L3 operational support, incident/problem management, platform monitoring, root cause analysis, production support, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and stability of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.

  • Provide advanced L3 operational support and troubleshooting.

  • Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office applications.

  • Manage escalations, incidents, problems, and service requests.

  • Perform root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution.

  • Monitor platform health, performance metrics, alerts, and operational dashboards.

  • Support production deployments, changes, and release activities.

  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

  • Analyze trends and prepare operational reports.

  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and business teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.

  • Strong experience supporting:

    • Microsoft Teams

    • SharePoint Online

    • OneDrive for Business

    • Exchange Online

    • Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience providing L3 operational support in a large enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

  • Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience monitoring platform health and performance.

  • Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and alerting tools.

  • Experience supporting production deployments, changes, and releases.

  • Strong technical documentation experience.

  • Experience analyzing operational trends and reports.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Process improvement and automation mindset.

  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
