Job Description

=> At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes

=> 5 years of experience as Network administrator

=> Cisco Certified Network Associate

=> Cisco Certified Network Professionals

=> Network design experience - LAN, WAN and Wireless

=> Advanced understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology

      WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall, Proxy Services, Routing and Switching, Application Load Balancing, WAN Acceleration, etc

      Understanding of OSI model. 

      Ability to perform packet capture and analysis

      Understanding of common protocols (routing) - their functions, port nos., acronyms etc.

      Understanding of private and Public IP addressing

      Experience in Network monitoring tools, e.g. Netcool, Jolata, EMC Smarts, IPAM (e.g. Infoblox) etc...

      Authentication and Encryption methods used in wireless in enterprise environments.

      Experience in setting up wireless from a security perspective in a highly sensitive enterprise space

=> Strong communication skills required (oral and written)

=> Analytical and Communication skills 

=> project and talent management

=> Experience with project management

=> Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

--> Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

--> At least 7 years of experience in IT
