A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions.

Ideal Background

3–8 years of finance, banking, leveraged finance, or private credit experience
• Experience with commercial lending, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and sponsor-backed transactions preferred
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, or financial institutions
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents
• Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, cash flow lending, or private credit transactions is a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
