Karr, Sherman, and Magnone Co., LPA is seeking an Associate Attorney. The position is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Associate Attorney will handle legal research, draft memoranda, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents, and assist in case strategy development. Daily tasks include providing legal advice under supervision, preparing for and participating in negotiations, and supporting client meetings and communications. The role mostly will involve personal injury matters, but other general law practice work, and coordination with senior attorneys on case management, deadlines, and filings will be required. The Associate Attorney is expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to ethical and professional standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.


Qualifications
