Mid-Level Associate Attorney - Product Liability Litigation
We are seeking an experienced mid-level associate to join our Class Action & Product Liability Litigation Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, developing your skills and expertise in mass torts, class action, and product liability litigation.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex legal issues related to product liability and class action litigation
โ€ข Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court documents
โ€ข Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mass torts, class action, and product liability law
