A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising healthcare providers, health plans, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and health technology companies on sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters.

Ideal Background

2–7 years of healthcare regulatory, healthcare transactional, insurance regulatory, or related experience

• Experience gained in a law firm, healthcare organization, regulatory agency, or the healthcare industry

• Experience advising healthcare providers, health plans, insurance companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, and/or health information technology companies

• Experience handling healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, including compliance, affiliations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives

• Experience with healthcare industry regulations, reimbursement issues, privacy matters, and related compliance issues is preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work directly with clients and provide practical, business-focused advice
