Role Description The Associate Attorney will be a full-time team member in a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with the ability to work from home part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; conducting legal research; and analyzing case law and statutes in the areas of employment and commercial law. The role involves meeting with clients, providing legal advice regarding workplace issues and commercial disputes, and participating in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions. The Associate Attorney will assist with case strategy, prepare discovery requests and responses, and support senior attorneys in hearings and trials. This position requires strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with colleagues and staff.
