Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Garden City, NY. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings and trials. The individual will also be responsible for specialized work in civil litigation and transactional real estate, ensuring compliance with legal standards and offering tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications
