We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including general liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, and transportation files.
  • Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage.
  • Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure.
