Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing practice based in Annapolis, Maryland, serving clients throughout the surrounding Maryland jurisdictions.
This is a full-time, hybrid position for an attorney who is interested in handling a wide range of family law matters while gaining significant courtroom experience in jurisdictions across the Annapolis region and surrounding counties.Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
  • Handle cases including divorce, custody, child support, property division, protective orders, and other domestic matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials in courts across Maryland jurisdictions served by the Annapolis office.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide strategic guidance and case updates.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
