Begin your new home sales career as a Sales Associate with David Weekley Homes. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who love relationship-building and truly have a passion for delivering a great experience.
Previous new home sales experience is not necessary. Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Do:
Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing, and other duties for 6-12 months- learning the skills needed to be successful in residential construction sales. Our goal is to train and promote you to a Sales Consultant within that timeframe.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, and team members
  • Present the build process to prospective homeowners
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Various marketing tasks

Qualifications
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
  • Driven to excel
  • Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges
  • Enjoy building relationships with people
  • A positive, team-player attitude
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related customer-facing roles
