Job Description:

The MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to company quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and assembly equipment to produce high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, and related products according to specifications.
  • Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Identify and report material defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain production goals and support team productivity objectives.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
