Job Title: Skilled Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a Electrical Assembler to join our team in Whitewater, WI. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding electronics to meet customer requirements, supporting our operations with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on sub‑assemblies and units, following detailed schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Integrate sub‑assemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of systems.
  • Conduct basic electrical tests to verify functionality and compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems according to specifications.
  • Conduct manufacturing inspections in accordance with quality specifications and ensure compliance with safety and compliance standards.
  • Act as a technical lead for large‑scale projects, mentor junior assemblers, and train on new processes or technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to ensure designs meet business, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, interpret technical documents, and ensure adherence to ISO and electrical industry standards.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical schematics, panel wiring, and control panel assembly.
  • Experience with mechanical production, wiring, and electronics.
  • Competency in using a tape measure and supervisory skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Electronics, Electronic Technology, or equivalent.

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $64480.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
