Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Assembler positions in Baldwin Park, CA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as an Assembler, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

• Assemble raw materials, subassemblies, and complete units according to product specifications and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, small power tools, equipment, and machinery to properly assemble products
• Test, calibrate, and fit parts and mechanisms to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of assembly, manufacturing, or related production experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, parts manuals, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
