What youll do
  • Perform / support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
  • Provide technical resource and assessment to market while supporting "must win" projects and programs
  • Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the Application Engineering database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, support ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
  • Conduct calibration and safety checks on lab and application equipment to meet regulatory requirements  
  • Support internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Maintain documentation of lab activities in application engineering database
  • Write customer facing reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD and Innovations or project team
  • Directly communicate with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team
  • Train Sales/Marketing and other Application Engineering personnel on products
  • Performs customer lab demonstrations and customer training
