The Opportunity:

This role is a high-performance launching pad designed for an ambitious professional looking to climb the career ladder from Associate to full Product Specialist. Working onsite in Bonsall, you will take active deal ownership, collaborate closely with Estimators, and drive commercial building envelope projects to successful closure. You will master architectural specifications and technical sales within a supportive, growth-oriented environment that actively invests in your professional trajectory.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Accept full ownership of assigned deals, qualifying general contractors and subcontractors to progress projects through the pipeline.
  • Enforce the 3-Day/3-Bidder Rule to secure a minimum of three qualified bidders within three business days of a project entering the bidding stage.
  • Manage technical RFQ processes and vendor relationships, drafting and submitting accurate project quotes to qualified bidders.
  • Advance high-value deals from the Hot List stage to PO/LOI status, ensuring a seamless, documented handover to the operations team.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Pipedrive CRMs to track project communications, document pipeline progression, and maintain flawless data hygiene.
  • Support Project Specialists and Sales Estimators by organizing technical documentation, taking detailed client notes, and managing critical transaction details.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial construction, manufacturer's representation, or building products sales.
  • Foundational knowledge of building envelope systems, wall assemblies, thermal barriers, and architectural drawings.
  • Strong technical proficiency using CRM platforms to manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and architectural specifications at a working level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of strong organization and structured task follow-through.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Direct experience working with premium building envelope manufacturers or metal panel systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Pipedrive and HubSpot databases.
