Our Function
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to join our Front Office Technology team. This role will help design, develop, and enhance modern applications that support Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, and other investment professionals. Our team is building the next generation of investment technology by leveraging Microsoft Fabric, AI, Power Platform, and modern cloud technologies. We are developing AI-powered solutions that transform how investment professionals discover research, analyze data, generate insights, and make investment decisions. This is an opportunity to work on highly visible, business-critical applications that are redefining the user experience through modern analytics and artificial intelligence. Your Impact
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications using Angular, .NET, and Microsoft technologies.

  • Partner directly with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Develop modern, responsive user interfaces and scalable REST APIs.

  • Design and optimize database objects, SQL queries, and application integrations.

  • Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into business applications, including intelligent search, conversational interfaces, document intelligence, workflow automation, and other emerging AI experiences.

  • Develop solutions that leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, enterprise data, and cloud services to improve business workflows and investment decision-making.

  • Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Contribute to technical standards and continuously identify opportunities to improve application quality, performance, and maintainability.

Your Required Skills & Qualifications:
Your required skills must include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.

  • Strong experience with:

  • Angular 16+

  • C#

  • .NET 6+ / .NET Core

  • ASP.NET Core REST APIs

  • Entity Framework Core

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Strong SQL development skills using Oracle and/or SQL Server.

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, messaging, or other integration technologies.

  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

  • Experience designing, developing, or integrating AI-enabled applications or services. This may include Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, document intelligence, or conversational AI.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience working within Agile software development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar cloud platforms.

  • Experience supporting investment management, capital markets, or financial services applications.

  • Experience building AI-powered user experiences that improve productivity, automate workflows, or surface business insights.

  • Experience with modern service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to application architecture and technical leadership.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
