What You'll Do
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain cloud-based software solutions to support intelligence community operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Implement, test, and validate software components, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Work with open-source distributed computing products (e.g., HBase, Accumulo, BigTable) to handle massive datasets efficiently.
  • Build and enhance modern web applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Kotlin.
  • Produce technical documentation to support software development, deployment, and sustainment.
  • Operate and develop in Linux/UNIX environments, leveraging deep knowledge of system architecture and deployment best practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph
  • Education and experience:
    • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of experience, OR
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field plus 3 years of experience, OR
    • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field plus 1 year of experience
  • Experience with modern web development: React, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Development experience in Java and Kotlin
  • Experience working in Linux-based environments (all workstations are Linux thick clients)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud or container certification:
    • Cloud Developer Certification
    • AWS Certified Developer - Associate
    • AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional
    • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
    • Elastic Certified Engineer
    • AWS Certified Machine Learning - Associate or Specialty
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in software integration and testing, including developing and executing test plans/scripts
  • Demonstrated technical writing skills for project documentation

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
