Job Summary:
Administers enterprise and business applications to ensure system stability, data integrity, and operational continuity. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to support application functionality, integrations, and performance. Executes application configurations, upgrades, and maintenance activities in alignment with established standards. Provides advanced technical support and maintains documentation to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administers one or more enterprise or business applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
Configures, deploys, maintains, monitors, and patches on-premises and cloud-based applications.
Manages user accounts, service accounts, roles, permissions, backups, storage, and data integrity controls.
Configures and supports application interfaces and data integrations with other enterprise systems.
Performs installations, upgrades, hotfix deployments, and functional and performance testing.
Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by investigating incidents, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
Develops and maintains application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in enterprise application administration or systems support required.
Experience supporting user access management, configuration changes, and incident resolution for business applications required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Associate-level application certification(s) in application administration for solutions in the corresponding technology domain (ConTech, FinTech, HRTech, etc.) preferred.
