Highlights:

Summary: The Technical Support Analyst I shall be responsible to provide first-level technical support to end-users. This role will involve troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and to ensure that all desktop systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This position will require a solid understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.

Licensure/Certification:

One or more current, industry standard certifications preferred (CompTIA ITF+ CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, HDI Support Center Analyst, Cisco Certified Technician, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and networking.

  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills to interact with users and understand their support needs.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools.
