Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements.Seneca Foods Corporation is currently looking for a qualified energetic Human Resources Adminisrator to work at one of our food processing/manufacturing facilities located in Ripon, WI.Our Human Resources Admin utilizes their knowledge and skills to administer our benefits, compensation, leave, payroll, training, talent acquisition, employee relations and recognition programs.We are looking for a high energy customer service driven individual who will be the primary contact for our team members and potential candidates.Responsibilities: * Staffing - posting jobs, tracking applicants, interviews, job offers, pre-employment screening, hiring, etc. * New Hire Orientation * Oversee workers' compensation claims * Maintain training log / LMS Administrator * Administer Well-Being Program * Compile reports - weekly and monthly * Assist employees with work and personal issues * Coordinate employee functions - parties, tenure program, gift cards, etc. * Provide back-up for Payroll * Assist Safety Coordinator - Audiograms, Safety Glasses, Respiratory Protection, Safety Committee, etc. * Other tasks as assignedQualifications: * Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, and other regulatory programs * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PPT, etc. * Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality * Strong oral and written communication skills * Good organizational skills * Associates degree or similar experience *Bilingual preferred, but not requiredSeneca Foods Corporation is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, through a positive and continuing affirmative action program.
