Crouse’s Pomeroy College of Nursing is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The college offers a two-year associate’s degree in applied science with a major in Nursing. The College of Nursing team is hiring an Adjunct Instructor.

Pay Range: $51.94 / hour

Adjunct Instructor Position Responsibilities:

  • Provides instruction for students enrolled in the Crouse Hospital College of Nursing
  • Evaluates students in a classroom, laboratory and/or clinical setting.
  • Adjunct faculty are expected to maintain regular, pre-planned contact with the semester chairs and/or nursing laboratory manager.

Adjunct Instructor Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Must hold current NYS licensure as a Registered Nurse and current CPR certification. 
  • Three years of recent clinical experience required.
  • Prior experience in teaching or precepting students preferred.
