These full‐time, onsite positions are based in our Lehi, South Jordan, and Provo offices. Core Responsibilities (All Levels) Prepare and review accurate federal, state, and local tax returns (e.g., 1040, 1120, 1065, 1041). Maintain comprehensive, well‐organized tax workpapers and documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding tax matters, collection of information, and filing status. Stay up‐to‐date on changes in tax legislation and regulatory requirements. Specific Roles Tax Preparer / Associate This entry‐level role focuses on fundamental tax preparation and support tasks under supervision. Experience: 0–2 years of tax preparation experience, or recent college graduate. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Basic proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx); strong analytical and organizational skills.
