Associate Account Manager

Location3 | Remote (U.S. only)

Position Summary

The Associate Account Manager supports paid media execution across paid media programs. This is an entry-level role designed for someone building their foundation in digital advertising. someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of discrete tasks and quality assurance within a structured team environment.

The Associate Account Manager works under the direct guidance of Paid Account Managers and Senior Media Strategists. Success in this role means executing assigned tasks accurately, flagging issues quickly, and developing the platform fluency to grow toward full account ownership over time.

What You'll DoCampaign task execution
  • Complete assigned campaign build and maintenance tasks in Google Ads, Meta, and other applicable platforms under direction from the account team
  • Implement updates to keywords, ad copy, targeting settings, budgets, and bids as directed
  • Pull reports and organize data in internal tools, dashboards, and client-facing templates
  • Keep campaign records and change logs up to date in internal systems
  • Support the account team in preparing for launches, audits, and performance reviews
Quality assurance
  • Run structured QA checks on campaign builds and changes before and after launch using established checklists
  • Verify that targeting settings, budgets, bid strategies, and tracking are implemented correctly
  • Flag discrepancies, setup errors, or data inconsistencies to the Paid Account Manager promptly
  • Confirm that conversion tracking and call tracking inputs are in place and functioning, escalating issues as needed
Pacing and reporting support
  • Track daily spend against pacing targets and flag variances to senior team members
  • Help maintain spend documentation and pacing notes in internal systems
  • Pull performance data and organize it for use in weekly and monthly reports
Learning and development
  • Actively build platform knowledge in paid search and paid social through hands-on work and team guidance
  • Develop familiarity with core performance metrics and optimization levers
  • Participate in team training, process walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Seek feedback and apply it consistently to improve execution quality
