Tekberry is seeking an accomplished Administrative Associate 3 to join our client, Stanford University, providing advanced executive and programmatic support to senior faculty or departmental leadership. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex administrative operations, events, and financial processes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Act on behalf of the supervisor or department manager to establish priorities and resolve administrative issues.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate logistics for executive-level meetings, committees, and conferences.
  • Plan and execute large events and seminars including vendor selection, contracts, budgets, and logistics.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, grant materials, and departmental reports.
  • Oversee financial operations: process and reconcile transactions, prepare budget summaries, and research discrepancies.
  • Serve as departmental liaison to internal units, vendors, and faculty offices.
  • Maintain and update approved website or communication materials.
  • Supervise and/or direct the work of student or temporary staff, reviewing for quality and timeliness.
  • Lead or assist with office moves, facilities requests, and compliance tracking.
Must-Have Qualifications
