 The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Groupโ€™s safety vision.  In the Directorโ€™s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
  • Associates or higher in ECE or related field is preferred
