ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

As an Assisted Living LPN, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm and supportive environment
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure exceptional care
  • Support resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
  • Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to resident care
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 25-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
