Job description

Dental Assistant –  Full-Time (4 Day Work Week)

We are is looking to add a Dental Assistant to our patient-focused practice. This is a full-time position with a four-day work week. No weekends, early mornings, or late nights!

Our ideal team member is an experienced dental assistant who can confidently support the doctor, manage clinical responsibilities, and help keep the practice running efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
  • Promote efficient patient flow and operatory turnover
  • Take digital X-rays (CBCT experience is a plus)
  • Perform sterilization and maintain OSHA/Infection control standards
  • Ordering clinical supplies & inventory
  • Charting & procedure notes
  • Provide excellent communication with patients & team
  • Support front office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred 
  • X-ray certification (required)
  • Nitrous certification (preferred)
  • Dependable with attendance and punctuality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care
