Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy law firm handling multiple practice areas including Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning & Probate, Family Law, and Business Law. This position is ideal for candidates with a Paralegal Certificate, legal administrative experience, or recent legal studies graduates looking to grow in a law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and document preparation
  • Draft, format, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize case files, client records, and discovery materials
  • Communicate with clients, courts, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and manage attorney calendars
