Job description

Roofing Sales Manager

Lead. Coach. Build. Win.

Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time W-2 | $150,000–$300,000+

This isn't a job for someone who just wants to sell roofs.

It's for the leader who enjoys building people.

Roof It Forward has spent 20 years building a nationally recognized roofing and exterior restoration company with over $30 million in annual sales, proven systems, and the operational support to help great leaders succeed.

Now we're building Indianapolis.

We're looking for an experienced roofing sales professional who has mastered door-to-door sales, knows how to coach reps in the field, and believes accountability creates results.

Your mission is simple: train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while continuing to lead from the front.

You'll spend your time on ride-alongs, improving sales conversations, increasing closing percentages, reinforcing proven systems, and building a winning culture.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has roofing sales experience
  • Has successfully led or mentored sales reps
  • Thrives on coaching and accountability
  • Leads with integrity, consistency, and high standards
  • Wants to build something bigger than their own sales pipeline

What You'll Receive:

  • $150,000–$300,000+ earning potential
  • High personal commissions
  • Team override commissions
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Proven sales systems and operational support

If you're ready to build one of Indianapolis's top roofing sales teams with the backing of an established national company, we'd love to start the conversation.

Apply today to learn more.
