This full-time office position is primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, with typical hours falling between 8 AM and 7 PM. Occasional adjustments to days or hours-such as a Saturday shift-may be needed to meet business needs.

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the organizational heartbeat of our business. Your day will include scheduling appointments, entering data, maintaining records, overseeing projects and deadlines, and communicating with clients and vendors. You will also assist with special projects, research, and general business support to our leadership team. Every task you complete helps keep our operations smooth and our pet care team focused on what we do best.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who meets the following qualifications:

  • Associate degree, or greater
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
  • 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • 2+ years of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint experience
