Job description

Volunteer to answer the phone and check the Assist ME email. Calls or emails are either to donate equipment or to request equipment. There are about 6 to 10 calls a day and several email inquiries or requests.

These calls can be taken anywhere quiet. The Assist ME number would be forwarded to your phone during working hours on days you work. The Assist ME phone is a Google number and calls coming from that number will be identified to you when you answer.

You would need to take down the information about the donation or request in the receptionist log and notify the volunteer that would fulfill it. The volunteer receptionist can choose the day. It can be once a month, once a week or whatever the volunteer chooses.
