Our Snow Removal Crew plays a critical role in guest safety and first impressions across Big Sky Resort. This is one of the most impactful and respected teams on property—responsible for ensuring our walkways, plazas, and high-traffic areas are safe, clear, and accessible for thousands of guests every day.

This role is ideal for early risers, team players, and those who don’t mind putting in physical work outside while surrounded by some of the most breathtaking mountain views in the world. If you take pride in a job well done, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a high-accountability environment, we want to hear from you.

Skid steer experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude and reliability are key.

Responsibilities
  • Begin each workday at 4:00 AM to prepare resort areas before guest arrival

  • Shovel and sweep snow and ice from walkways, plazas, stairs, and other high-use areas

  • Set up appropriate signage and safety cones to mark hazards or closures

  • Operate snow removal tools and equipment as trained
