Job description

Job Summary
Is responsible for scheduling resident appointments, arranging transportation and driving the company car or van. Additional job duties will include: light CNA work as needed, filling in for the scheduler, by maintaining the schedule and passing out supplies.
Qualifications
The incumbent will possess:
  • a valid CNA license.
  • a valid drivers license with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a clean driving record.
  • the ability to make self understood and understand others when interacting.
  • the ability to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills.
  • the ability speak clearly on the phone.
  • the ability to be flexible, receptive and adaptive to change.
  • the ability to utilize the computer.
  • the ability to remember multiple tasks and assignments given over a period of several days.
  • the ability to perform moderately complex and detailed tasks with some interruption and with minimal error.
  • the ability to work independently, follow policy and procedures and understand payer sources(insurances).
