Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Wellness Director - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northwood Assisted Living, a 91-bed assisted living facility in Springfield, Ohio. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. If you are a compassionate and innovative nurse with a passion for gerontological nursing and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the latest research and best practices

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Act as a resource person, assisting all nursing staff to develop their individual skills and potential

  • Facilitate teamwork and foster a positive and supportive work environment
